Our refund situation

1. Product problem

We focus on providing you with high quality goods. However, if the goods you received do not match the goods you ordered, or the product has quality problems. We will process the refund request within three business days. 5. Customs Matters
Due to the specific nature of certain products, items arriving at the destination airport may be detained by Customs Consensus Shipping, once your package is detained by Customs, we will refund you half the cost. Please understand, thank you for your support!!


We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be made to the original payment method.
